WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
This wasn't an issue that we had on our radar when trying to create a more eco-friendly alternative to the standard ALDI K-Fee coffee pods, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
PLEASE USE THE SHORT SHOT
Above all else, it is crucial that the short shot is used for all of our coffee pods (even if you purchased the long shot pods, these issues mean that you’re better off using the short shot but with two pods for a great tasting coffee). We've made a video just for you on why we recommend the short shot, which you can find HERE.
This is an issue that we are working hard to fix, but it may end up taking months to rectify. In the meantime, we would rather keep supplying you with extra coffee than no coffee at all, which is why we’ve made the decision to add free K-fee pods to your orders to make up for any pods that may be faulty.
If you feel like you haven’t been rewarded enough or weren’t satisfied with the free pods that we provided, please reach out to our customer service team. We can provide more K-fee pods, but please know that until this issue is resolved, we will continue to have issues with a few pods in each pack.
