Delivery and return policy
Ordered the wrong pods? Don’t like the taste? Maybe we did something wrong and mucked up your order? Whatever the reason which is causing you unhappiness with your Urban Brew order, we will do everything in our power to turn your frown upside down!
You will be pleased to know that returns are happily accepted with prior approval from Urban Brew. We will even send you a return label and exchange or refund your order once the pods have been returned to us. All we ask is that you please check your order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days of receipt.
