Hello Brew Crew!

We hope you don’t mind things looking a little different this month.

To bring you even fresher, better tasting coffee we’re upgrading our production line. This is very exciting, but it has come some unforeseen hiccups, both big and small. We're working hard to get it all humming. Unfortunately, this means we’re struggling to keep up with demand and we’ve had some tough decisions to make. We’re prioritising your subscription order over all others - so you don’t run out of coffee - but to do so we’ve had to change the way we pack our pods.

To make up for this momentary insanity we’ve thrown in extra pods for you which we hope makes up for your usual unboxing delight. Your pods may not be your usual quantities, or the surprise might be something a little different than you’re used to, but regardless we hope it brightens your month.

Thank you for your continued support and we appreciate your patience – it means the world to us. We’ll be back on track with even more delicious coffee in just a hot minute!
