WONDERING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS AND WHEN YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT? HERE'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Our packing staff will receive your order and try and pack it within 24 hours. Weekends and Public Holidays will extend this time frame. For example, if you place your order at 6pm on Friday, the packing staff won’t pack your order until the following Monday morning. If a Public Holiday occurs on the Monday, it will be packed on Tuesday morning. You will recieve an email with an update status "Processing".

Once your order has been packed, manifested and loaded onto the Australia Post truck, you will be sent an email notifying you that the processing status is now "Complete". Your Australia Post tracking number will be located at the bottom of the email.

 

There are various methods you can use to track your parcel and some of these also allow you to adjust the delivery destination to suit your needs.

The AusPost app is available on Android and iOS devices, including mobiles, tablets, Apple Watch and Android Smartwatch.

DELIVERY CALCULATOR

You can get an estimate of your delivery time by using Australia Post's postage calculator. https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Our postcode is 5009 and you can enter that into the From section and enter your postcode into the To section. The next page will give you Australia Post's estimate based on the type of shipping. 

Australia Post should scan all parcels and start sending tracking notifications once it leaves our warehouse. With that being said Australia Post may miss some parcels and these won’t receive any notifications until Australia Post scans it at a different sorting facility/distribution centre. On the rare occasion, parcels are never scanned and will arrive with no notifications.
