How To Claim Your Brewtopia Rewards (And Feel Like A Legend)
(If you’re short on time, read only what’s in bold)
Hey Brew Crew,
So, you’ve racked up enough stamps to unlock a reward. (Look at you go, overachiever.)
Now comes the fun part: claiming the loot.
Depending on how you order your caffeine, there are two ways to do this.
Option 1: For the One-Off Orders
Step 1: Check your status: First, make sure you’ve actually unlocked the tier. (We love your enthusiasm, but you can't redeem what you haven't earned yet.)
Step 2: Grab the code: Click on the reward you want. The code will automatically copy to your clipboard. (It’s like magic, but just basic coding).
Step 3: The Checkout: Fill your cart with your usual pods or beans and head to checkout.


Step 4: Paste it: Drop that code into the "Discount Code" field.


Step 5: The most important part: Make sure the discount actually applies before you hit pay.
Option 2: For the Subscribers (The Smart Ones)
If you have a subscription set up (because you refuse to run out of coffee - respect), the process is a little different.
Here is how to add that sweet loot to your next scheduled delivery:
Step 1: Log in to your customer dashboard using your email. (Hopefully, you remember your password 🤞)
Step 2: Scroll down until you spot the Brewtopia Rewards section.
Step 3: Check your status. Once you have unlocked Tier 1 - Mildly Obsessed, you are eligible to redeem one reward per order. (If you aren't there yet, keep drinking.)
Step 4: Click the reward you want. The code will copy to your clipboard automatically.


Step 5: Head to the navigation panel on the left side and click Subscription.


Step 6: Click Edit on the far right of your active sub


Step 7: scroll down to the "Promo Code" section, paste it in, and hit Apply Code.


Boom. Done.
Your reward will automatically hitch a ride on your next order.
Future-you is going to be so stoked when they open that box.
