How to manage your deliveries with Australia Posts Mypost account
Want to redirect your package, set an alternate address or choose whether your package requires a signature or if it can be left at your address? Australia post has a service called MyPost where you can create an account and manage your delivery. This is completely optional and simply grants you more control over your deliveries.

Creating a MyPost account/logging in
Go to https://auspost.com.au and click the login option at the top right hand corner and select MyPost. If you already have an account you can log straight in, otherwise click the 'Sign up for MyPost' link. This will take you through to a page where you can create an account by entering your email and a password.
Dashboard
The dashboard is your home page. You can track your parcels, make online enquiries with Australia Post and select a alternate delivery address.
Tracking a Parcel
To track a parcel, got to the tracking tab and enter the tracking number for your order. You will then be able to see the shipping updates and it will also show you the available editing options eg. Redirection.
Preferences
You can edit your delivery preferences either from the dashboard or by going to your account name and clicking on 'Manage Account' on the drop down. You can then select preferences and nominate whether you want your deliveries to be left in a safe place (and select from a few options) or whether you want to sign for the package. If you opt to sign for the package and you aren’t home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
