WHAT YOU NEED

• 1 Urban Brew Mind Blowing pod

• 150ml full cream milk (or your favourite oat or soy alternative)

• Optional: A tiny pinch of raw sugar to unlock the dark choccy notes

STEP-BY-STEP

1. Pop your Mind Blowing pod into your machine and extract it as a single short espresso shot (roughly 40ml).

2. Watch that thick, dark crema pour out and resist the urge to skull it immediately – patience is a virtue, apparently.
