COUNTRY SHIPPING

Hey guys, it’s Toby, the founder of Urban Brew here.

I wanted to take the time to explain our shipping charges.

The reality is, we pay over $10 to send out metro orders and roughly $15-30 for non-metro (country) orders. That’s every order costing us a minimum of $10 to ship, regardless if it’s metro, rural, standard, express.

So, below on are our shipping prices:

• Metro - $6
• Standard non-metro (country) - $9
• Express metro - $9
• Express non-metro (country) - $18

For the price you’re paying for shipping, you’re getting a top-notch, five-star experience. We carefully place each pack of pods into your order, wrap ‘em up, and we even place in a handwritten note! C’mon. That’s just awesome.

Not to mention, there’s things you’re not having to pay for. The petrol in your car to drive to the store to get pods, the wear and tear on your car, dealing with the checkout in the supermarket, etc. Let us take care of that.

I understand that it already takes a while to get your order from us to your home. So all non-metro (country) orders receive FREE priority shipping. What this means is that our packing team will move your order to the front of the line. Making its processing in our warehouse quicker. 

We believe our entire experience, from picking out your pods to sipping it in your favourite mug is five stars. I know I’m biased, but show us a better brand out there!
