Make Coffee Easter Bark with UB Brew Bars!

Hey Brew Crew! 🐰🍫 Easter’s just around the corner, and if you’re on the hunt for a cracking good gift (we’re looking at you, teachers and grandparents), we’ve got just the treat. Toby and his little bunny helper, Louis, have been whipping up some Coffee Chocolate Easter Bark that’s sure to impress - and it’s made with our very own Urban Brew Bars! Packed with real coffee beans for that extra kick, these bars take your Easter treats to the next level. (Warning: You might want to make extra because sharing is hard.)

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 x UB Brew Bars (Milk or Dark Chocolate - or both!)
• 1 x Cadbury White Chocolate Bar
• Decorations: Coloured candy eggs, mini caramel eggs, chocolate buttons, sprinkles, and 1 x UB Brew Bar chopped for topping (Or go wild - add whatever your heart desires!)

METHOD:

1. Melt Like Magic: Break up your UB Brew Bars and melt them in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. (Or zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds - easy peasy!) Do the same with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
2. Spread the Love: Line a tray with baking paper, then pour your melted UB Brew Bars over it, spreading it to 1-1.5cm thick.
3. Drizzle & Decorate: Drizzle the white chocolate over the top with a spoon, then sprinkle on your chosen decorations. (Think: candy eggs, sprinkles, and roughly chopped Brew Bars for an extra caffeine kick!)
4. Chill & Break: Pop the tray into the fridge until set. Once firm, break it into bark-like pieces.
5. Package the Joy: Add the bark into cellophane bags and pop them into brown paper gift bags. Tie them off with a ribbon and bow for that extra festive flair!
