A Biscoff Delight with a Bold Espresso Kick
Fancy an iced coffee that’s a little extra? We’re talking rich espresso, velvety Biscoff cream, and a satisfying crunch - all in one glorious sip. Using our Intensity 12 pods, this indulgent iced coffee is smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced with that caramelised Biscoff magic.
What You'll Need (for one serve):
- 150ml thickened cream
- 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (plus extra to drizzle)
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 Urban Brew Intensity 12 pod (extracted and cooled)
- Milk of your choice
- 1 Biscoff biscuit, crushed for topping
Method
Step 1: Whip the cream and Biscoff spread together until smooth and fluffy (try not to eat it all just yet!).
Step 2: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in your cooled Intensity 12 espresso shot.
Step 3: Add milk, leaving room for that dreamy Biscoff cream on top.
Step 4: Dollop the cream generously, drizzle with extra Biscoff spread, and sprinkle crushed biscuits for the final touch.
Step 5: Stir, sip, and let the flavour explosion commence!
