The Arabica beans that we use for this pod are decaffeinated by the Mountain Water Process - where water from the mountain tops is soaked with green coffee beans, and then filtered to remove the caffeine, leaving the rest of the good stuff! This removes 99.9% of the caffeine from these beans, so you can get right back to sleep after indulging in a truly delish brew!
