We've Had a Pod Glitch... But We’re Brewing Solutions!

Hey Brew Crew! If your coffee pod experience recently went a bit sideways, you’re not alone – and we're here to explain what went down and how we’re fixing it. ☕
When we launched our new production line, we noticed a pesky little pod issue causing dome-like lids that didn’t play nice with certain coffee machines. A small change in our process led to a bigger problem, affecting around 5% of brews. It was a tricky issue to crack, and we tested everything (seriously, we left no stone unturned) to get to the root of it. Spoiler: we found the solution!
