Most of you told us you’d rather get your order quicker than tied in a bow, so we’re officially saying goodbye to the string and hello to speed! 🎉 Your coffee will still feel like a gift, just with less fiddling and more straight-to-the-good-stuff energy. (Less string, more sipping – sounds like a win to us!)

This means faster packing and a goal of same business-day dispatch for all orders placed before lunchtime. It may take a few weeks to hit our stride, but this is what we're aiming for over the coming months.
