A Message from Urban Brew: Why Our Prices Are Changing

We’ve got some news we need to share. It’s not our favourite kind, but we want to be upfront with you. Due to the rising cost of coffee beans (and trust us, they’re sky-high – just look at the price chart below that goes back 15 years!), we’re going to have to raise the price of our pods by just 5c taking effect November 12th. We know it’s not what anyone wants to hear, but we’re committed to keeping this as minimal as possible.

Running a small business has been a challenge lately - between rising costs, supplier delays, and issues beyond our control. We’ve been operating at a loss, which simply isn’t sustainable. But we’re doing everything we can to keep providing you with eco-conscious, quality pods without breaking the bank.

The Good News? We’re working on a new bulk 100-pack to help you save! While it’s not a massive price drop, the savings from fewer packaging materials will be passed directly to you. Every little bit helps, right? We expect to launch this in December.

Need a Hand? If the price rise is making things a little tight, feel free to adjust your subscription in the ‘My Account’ portal. You can move to a plan with fewer deliveries and still keep your caffeine fix going strong. Or, just reach out to us directly - we’re always here to help you make the best choice for your needs.
