Where is my order?
Wondering where your order is and when you should expect to receive it? Here's all you need to know!
Order Confirmation
Once you have made your order you will receive a confirmation email and an attached tax invoice pdf.
Processing and packing your order
Our packing staff will receive your order and try and pack it within 24 hours. Weekends and Public Holidays will extend this time frame. For example, if you place your order at 6pm on Friday, the packing staff won’t pack your order until the following Monday morning. If a Public Holiday occurs on the Monday, it will be packed on Tuesday morning. You will recieve an email with an update status "Processing".
Dispatching your order
Once your order has been packed, manifested and loaded onto the Australia Post truck, you will be sent an email notifying you that the processing status is now "Complete". Your Australia Post tracking number will be located at the bottom of the email.
You will also receive a "Shipped" confirmation email that also has your tracking number.
Australia Post should also scan the parcel and start sending you tracking notifications. That being said Australia Post doesn’t scan around 40% of parcels. Therefore hundreds of parcels each day aren't scanned and you won’t receive any notifications until Australia Post scans it at a different sorting facility/distribution centre. On the rare occasion, parcels are never scanned and will arrive with no notifications.
You can track your order by entering your tracking number on Australia Posts tracking page. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
This will be updated throughout the delivery process and you can view the tracking history.
Once it has been delivered, the status will be updated display whether the package was signed for or left in a safe place.
Delivery time Calculator
You can get an estimate of your delivery time by using Australia Post's postage calculator. https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Our postcode is 5009 and you can enter that into the From section and enter your postcode into the To section. The next page will give you Australia Post's estimate based on the type of shipping.
