Here at Urban Brew we’re big advocates for not fixing what ain’t broke - but we’ve changed our tune since the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini graciously entered our lives. The sweet-n-salty-ness of the syrup, balanced by the bitterness of fresh espresso and coffee liquor makes for a truly epic twist on your usual coffee pods.

1. Extract your favourite Urban Brew coffee pod using the short shot. We recommend a cruisy Intensity 8 or 10 for this recipe!
2. Add all ingredients, excluding the sea salt, to the cocktail shaker.
3. Salt the rim of the glass by dipping it into the syrup and then into the salt immediately after.
4. Shake what ya mama gave you, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. The final (and most important) step? Enjoy!

And that’s it! Now you’re ready to conquer any event that comes your way as the Espresso Martini master! Our hot tip for the best foamy layer on top is to ensure your coffee is hot before you add it to the mix. When shaking (hard!), this creates a delish layer to top your finest ‘spressy marts’! Shake to your heart's content - we like it shaken, not stirred.
