Now, most of us don’t drink our coffee with a straw… UNLESS it’s an iced coffee! With the warm weather being upon us, we thought it was the perfect chance to come up with a special iced coffee recipe. Gluten-free, taste-free and soggy-free – these straws are simple, the way nature intended.
1 - 2 Urban Brew coffee pods
1 Little Green Panda straw
2 tbsp white chocolate sauce (home-made recipe below)
Shaved white chocolate
Full cream milk
Mix extracted coffee and white chocolate sauce in a tall glass
Add milk and ice
Top with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate
Stick a Little Green Panda straw in and enjoy!

White Chocolate Sauce Recipe
225g chopped white chocolate
½ cup light cream
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Heat the cream in a small pot until it boils and remove from heat
Add butter and chocolate and whisk until smooth
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
