Are you ready to make yourself a priority and give yourself the love you deserve? We created our 30 day self-care challenge to help you do just that!
This challenge isn't about dropping a load of cash on something lavish - it's about practising behaviours to improve your mental and physical well-being. We're talking bubble baths, goal setting and catching up with a friend over a cup of Urban Brew!
We'll be starting on the 1st of August, but you can do it in your own time. Save the chart below to join in and also follow along on our Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #UBSELFCARE
Tips for the challenge
1. Don't feel like you're being selfish. Whatever your life circumstances are, you deserve to take time out for yourself. When we feel good about ourselves, we project positive energy to everyone around us. Win-win for all!
2. Do it with a friend. It makes it easier to stay accountable when we have someone to work with, and a whole lot more fun!
3. It's okay to miss a day. Don't get down on yourself if something comes up and don't complete a day. Nobody is perfect - the goal is to make an improvement from the previous month!
4. You do you. Feel free to swap things around, omit certain activities and complete the challenge at your own pace!
5. Keep up your new habits. Self-care shouldn't stop at the end of the 30 days. We hope this challenge inspires you to implement daily acts of self-care for the rest of your life!
